Information about the IIHF World Championship also flows to you thanks to the relatoo CRM+ system

Since the beginning of this year, the 2024 World Championship Organising Committee has been using the relatoo system to send e-mails via the Czech Ice Hockey Federation ("Czech Hockey"). This way, visitors are informed about the matches of their favourite teams, the current ticket offer, the rules for entering the arena or about interesting events planned for fans, according to their preferences. To date, the Federation has sent more than one million e-mails with a relatively high success rate in terms of opening the e-mail or clicking on the embedded link.

Thanks to the precisely measured touchpoints that the relatoo system offers, the organizer can evaluate not only the delivery, open rate and click-throughs, but also the number of unsubscribes, the detailed reasons for undelivered e-mails, generally referred to as hard and soft bounce, and the number of times the message is evaluated as spam. Thanks to this analysis, it is then possible to communicate with the group of recipients who, for example, have provided an invalid e-mail address.

The 87^th Ice Hockey World Championship is organised by the International Ice Hockey Federation and will take place in Prague's O2 Arena and Ostrava's Ostravar Arena from 10^th to 26^th May 2024. 16 national teams are taking part in the tournament in two main groups and the attendance record is held by the 2015 tournament in the Czech Republic – 741,690 visitors. It is anticipated that this record should be broken this year.

• The Czech Republic is a six-time world champion, having last won the tournament in 2010.
• The coach of the Czech national team is Radim Rulík, the captain of the team is Roman Červenka.
• The official mascots of the tournament are again the legendary rabbits Bob and Bobek with the numbers 20 and 24 on their jerseys.
